At the simplest level, this involves making a few suggestions to fine-tune a CV, but often involves detailed review and reconstruction of a CV, career counselling and advice, crafting of applications, or mediation with ‘problem’ referees.

These services are available on a one-to-one, tailored basis, and also in regular seminars/workshops for those who require more generic advice, and who have a limited budget.

Please note that there may be a conflict of interest in providing these services to an individual, where we have been retained by a client to conduct a search for a particular role, and that individual is a candidate for that role. In such instances, we will be open with both the client and the candidate to ensure that the conflict is addressed. Additionally, under certain circumstances, we commit to refunding fees for career management services where we place a candidate with a client, and earn a fee from that client.
